• Lead drone flight training for army and government personnel.
• Conduct both theoretical and hands-on training sessions.
• Teach drone maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety.
• Develop training materials and customize programs.
• Maintain and operate drones for training purposes.
• Stay updated on drone tech and integrate advancements into training.
• Assess trainee progress and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide post-training support.

• Proven experience in drone operation (multi-rotor/fixed-wing).
• Knowledge of drone software and flight controls.
• Drone instructor or training experience is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., FAA Part 107) are a plus.
• Familiarity with drone regulations and safety.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to work with military personnel.
• Robotics knowledge is a plus for enhanced training sessions.

• Ability to travel for training sessions.
• Physical ability to demonstrate drone operation.
• Valid driver’s license.
