Jupiter TSAW OneDrone India Pvt Ltd is a manufacturing company specializing in agriculture drones. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drone Test Pilot to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drone operation, specifically with experience in using Pixhawk Cube flight controllers. Additionally, candidates with DGCA certification and at least 2 years of relevant experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities

Conduct test flights and trials of agriculture drones equipped with Pixhawk Cube flight controllers.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of drones during testing phases.
Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to provide feedback on drone performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain detailed records of test flights, including any issues encountered and their resolutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drone operation and testing.
Work closely with regulatory authorities, including the DGCA, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Participate in the training of new drone pilots and technicians as needed.
Stay updated on advancements in drone technology and industry best practices.

Requirements

DGCA certification for drone operation (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating drones, with a focus on agricultural applications.
Proficiency in flying drones equipped with Pixhawk Cube flight controllers.
Strong understanding of drone systems, including navigation, flight controls, and payload management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during test flights.
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and best practices in drone operation.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
