Job Title: UAV Pilot

 Location: Karnataka ( Office work in Bangalore and field work across Karnataka)

Job Type: Full-time

 Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Pilot to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating drones to support a variety of missions across different industries, including surveying, photography, mapping, and agricultural monitoring. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to comply with all relevant regulations.

 Key Responsibilities:

Flight Operations:
  - Plan and execute UAV flights, ensuring mission objectives are met.
  - Conduct pre-flight inspections and system checks.
  - Operate UAVs remotely, maintaining control and following flight plans.

Data Collection and Analysis:
  - Capture aerial imagery, video, and other data as required.
  - Process and analyze collected data for reporting and insights.
  - Maintain accurate flight data records, logbooks, and reports.

Safety and Compliance:
  - Ensure all UAV operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including FAA rules.
  - Implement safety protocols to minimize risks.
  - Stay updated on changes in UAV regulations and industry standards.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  - Perform routine maintenance on UAVs to ensure operational readiness.
  - Diagnose and resolve technical issues with UAV equipment.
  - Stay informed about new UAV technologies and software.

Training and Collaboration:
  - Train and mentor new UAV pilots or team members.
  - Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, photographers, and other professionals.
  - Participate in team meetings and contribute to UAV-related projects.

 Qualifications:

Skills and Abilities:
  - Proficient in operating various UAVs and control systems.
  - Strong understanding of UAV technologies, including GPS, cameras, and sensors.
  - Excellent situational awareness and decision-making skills.
  - Ability to analyze and interpret UAV data.
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Certifications:
  -  DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate for small category .
  - Additional certifications in specialized UAV applications (e.g., thermal imaging, LIDAR PROCESSING) are a plus.

 Working Conditions:

- Work in various environments, including outdoor field locations and urban areas.
- Travel to different sites as required.
