Previous experience in a customer support role.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Pre-flight weather forecast to ensure safe flights for mapping / Surveillance
Gathering, analyzing, and presenting post-flight data
Planning UAV flight routes
Monitoring UAVs during flight
Navigating UAV along designated flight paths
Gathering information, producing and/or processing aerial data as required
Documentation of pre- and post-flight logs
Perform equipment testing and troubleshooting for demonstrations, trials, and training activities
Snag list preparation and ensuring timely resolution from the back-end team
