Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agriculture Drone Pilot at FarmXT Innovate. The Agriculture Drone Pilot will be responsible for piloting drones, training, and maintaining UAVs for targeted pesticide and fertilizer application in agriculture. Daily tasks will include operating drones, ensuring accurate application, and collaborating with farmers to enhance crop yields effectively.

Qualifications

Drone Piloting and UAV operation skills (minimum 3months of experience in agriculture drone piloting)
Experience in training and maintaining drones
Knowledge of precision agriculture practices
Strong understanding of pesticide and fertilizer application
Should be able to communicate in the native language (Tamil)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Certification in drone piloting or related field is a plus
Experience in agriculture or agronomy is beneficial
