To setup and operate drone pilot institutes
- Collaborate with the DGCA or relevant authorities to obtain necessary permissions and certifications for conducting drone pilot training programs.
- Familiarize yourself with the regulations and guidelines set by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regarding drone pilot training.
- Develop training programs that align with DGCA requirements, ensuring that trainees receive the necessary knowledge and skills to comply with DGCA regulations.
- Incorporate DGCA-approved training materials, manuals, and resources into the training curriculum to provide accurate and up-to-date information to trainees.
- Cover topics specified by the DGCA, such as airspace regulations, drone registration procedures, permissions and clearances, maintenance requirements, and operational limitations.
- Include DGCA-mandated practical training components, such as flight simulations, field exercises, and flight operations under supervision, to ensure trainees gain hands-on experience.
- Stay informed about any updates or changes in DGCA regulations related to drone operations and incorporate them into the training curriculum promptly.
- Provide trainees with guidance on the DGCA application process for obtaining necessary licenses, certifications, and authorizations for commercial drone operations.
- Regularly communicate and coordinate with the DGCA or its designated representatives to ensure compliance with their training standards and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of the training process, including trainees' progress, certifications, and compliance with DGCA guidelines.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program in meeting DGCA standards, making necessary adjustments and improvements as required.
