We are seeking a passionate and experienced RPA drone pilot to join our team and demonstrate the benefits of drone technology to farmers in Haryana and Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drone operations, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in promoting agriculture.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct drone demonstrations for farmers, showcasing the capabilities of drone technology in agriculture.
2. Provide farmers with hands-on training on how to use drones for their specific needs.
3. Stay up-to-date on the latest drone technology and regulations.
4. Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Valid DGCA Remote Pilot License (RPL)
2. Experience flying drones for agricultural applications
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong understanding of agriculture and crop management practices
6. Willingness to travel to Haryana and Uttarakhand
Compensation:
INR 50,000 per month for pilots who provide their own drone
INR 25,000 per month for pilots who do not provide their own drone
