Test Pilot

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure drones are in optimal working condition.

• Plan and execute flight test activities, considering factors such as weather, airspace

restrictions, and designer requirements.

• Gather and manage data obtained during flights.

• Maintain and troubleshoot drones and related equipment, ensuring they are in

good working order.

• Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines for drone operations.

• Keep accurate records of flights, maintenance, and any incidents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide drone support for various

projects.

• Stay up to date with advancements in drone technology and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Drone Pilot or UAV Operator.

• Experience in Aeromodelling in case of fresher.

• Strong knowledge of drone technology, including various drone models and their

capabilities.

• Proficiency in flight planning and mission execution.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance in drone operations.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Effective communication and reporting skills.

• Physical fitness and endurance to operate drones in various conditions.

• Willing to travel domestically about 20% of time. And should be staying for max 1-2

weeks at a time.
