As a Signal Processing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing signal processing algorithms for various RF system solutions.
You will be working hand in hand with hardware design and software development, ensuring that technical design meets the needs of our customers.
You will also mentor and guide other signal-processing engineers.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital signal processing implementation using MATLAB, C, C++, or Python. Solid knowledge of signal processing theory, including time and frequency analysis, filter design, and channel equalization;
Experience in developing algorithms for Radar systems, wireless communications, software-defined radios (SDRs), etc.
Experience with various computational tools like MATLAB, Python, Simulink, etc.
Experience with hardware design tools like ADS, HFSS, etc. Experience in mentoring and guiding a team of signal-processing engineers
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in the defense or aerospace industry is a plus.
