About the job

Come Flight Test cutting edge avionics on a diverse set of unmanned aerial platforms with us. As a Flight Test pilot, you will be responsible for all on ground and flight-testing activities of the company's demonstrator UAVs equipped with under-development avionics and sub-systems. In this role you will be assisting in planning, developing, executing, and investigating flight tests and post-flight analysis on multiple UAV platforms. You will also be exposed to all aspects of UAV engineering from design to fabrication, and from test to certification.

Responsibilities

Preparation and execution of flight test, ground test and sim test plans and procedures
Assist in evaluating results from test campaign phases using post processing flight data analysis tool and
Incorporating lessons learned into future test activities by updating checklist and process
Supervise test vehicle configuration, flight safety, and checklists
Ensure verification coverage of requirements, while incorporating functional testing, robustness testing and failure mode testing
Perform Flight performance and acceptance testing of production vehicles
Coordinate approvals and communication with stakeholders outside the company during and before flight testing
