Role Overview

We are looking for skilled Medium Category Drone Pilots to operate agricultural drones for precision spraying. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputed global MNC under a 12-month fixed contract, contributing to safe, efficient, and technology-driven farming practices.

Key Responsibilities

Operate medium category agricultural drones for spraying operations.
Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight safety checks.
Perform daily maintenance and ensure battery readiness.
Safely transport drones (within 25–50 km).
Maintain accurate mission and chemical usage records.
Ensure compliance with DGCA guidelines and company SOPs.

Requirements

Valid DGCA Remote Pilot License – Medium Category.
Minimum education: HSC Pass (B.Sc Agriculture preferred).
Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
Freshers with a valid license may also apply.
Strong focus on safety, adherence to SOPs, and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed CTC: ₹33,000/- per month
Incentives: ₹20/- per acre sprayed (Example: 20 acres x 25 days = ~₹10,000/- extra)
Total Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹43,000/- or more
Benefits: As per standard HR policy
Contract Type: 12-month fixed term (with potential extension based on performance & business need)
