Job Description

  • Requriment: DGCA Certification in Drone instructution. (not pilot)
  • Experience: 1 year approximately

A Drone Trainer is responsible for teaching individuals or groups how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones. Their primary duties include:


  • Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs: Designing courses that cover drone operation, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance, ensuring trainees are well-equipped to handle various drone-related tasks.
  • Conducting hands-on training sessions: Demonstrating proper drone operation techniques, supervising trainees as they practice, and providing constructive feedback to improve their skills.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance: Educating trainees on relevant laws and regulations governing drone usage, including airspace restrictions, privacy concerns, and licensing requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating training materials: Regularly reviewing and updating course content to reflect the latest advancements in drone technology, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Evaluating trainee performance: Assessing trainees' progress and proficiency through practical exams, written tests, and other evaluation methods.
  • Providing technical support: Assisting trainees with troubleshooting and resolving drone-related issues, including hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and connectivity problems.
  • Coordinating with other professionals: Collaborating with drone manufacturers, software developers, and regulatory agencies to stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Ensuring safety and security: Implementing strict safety protocols during training sessions to minimize the risk of accidents and protect sensitive information.
  • Customizing training programs: Adapting training materials and methods to meet the specific needs and goals of individual clients, such as law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, or private companies.
  • Continuously improving: Staying up-to-date with the latest drone technology and training techniques, and incorporating new knowledge into the training programs to ensure trainees receive the most relevant and effective instruction possible.
