Job Description

Requirements

DGCA approved UAV pilot license for the small category
2+ years of experience in the UAV domain
Intermediate-level drone piloting skills
Strong communication skills
Good analytical/problem-solving skills
A track record of building creative solutions to complex and undiscovered problems
A sound knowledge and understanding of multirotor fundamental principles
Preferred degree in Aerospace/Mechanical engineering or an equivalent combination

Skills

Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your beliefs with logical and compelling arguments
A knack for working in lean start-ups with fast-paced, action-based, and result-oriented development cycles
Aptitude to stay focused when faced with ambiguity in a dynamic environment
Ability to overcome challenges by quickly learning and developing the required skill set

Duties

Conduct regular testing of the UAV through close collaboration with a small agile team
Develop and maintain the testing process and flight log documents
Comfortable traveling pan India for projects, demonstrations, and training
Attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to network with others and stay on top of field advancements
