VTOL Drone Pilot

Operate and manage VTOL drones for aerial mapping, LiDAR, and topographical surveys. Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant drone missions under DGCA regulations.

• Plan & execute VTOL flight missions (manual/autonomous)

• Conduct pre/post-flight checks and maintenance

• Capture high-quality aerial data (RGB/LiDAR)

• Coordinate with DGPS & data processing teams

• Maintain flight logs, permissions, and safety compliance

• Troubleshoot drone systems and support field operations

• Hands-on experience with VTOL / Hybrid drones

• Knowledge of Mission Planner, QGC, or UgCS

• DGPS/RTK integration & data accuracy handling

• Understanding of DGCA RPAS / NPNT regulations

• Basic hardware, telemetry, and mapping workflow knowledge

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering / Aviation / Geomatics

• DGCA RPL (Small/Medium) – Mandatory

• 2–3 years in drone operations (1+ year in VTOL preferred)

• Physically fit for field work & travel

• Strong safety awareness and documentation skills

• Team coordination and client communication ability
