Job Description

This position at Aerobotlabs in Chennai is a full-time on-site role for a Drone Instructor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training courses, supporting students in their objectives, and organizing training materials. The role involves close collaboration with students to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

DGCA Certified Drone Instructor
A degree in Aviation, engineering, or a related field.
Practical experience with drones, including programming and operations; prior aviation and drone operations experience is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends in the drone industry and share knowledge with students.
Certification as a drone pilot with experience in conducting and managing drone flights is preferred.
Previous teaching or education experience, along with working with diverse age groups, is a plus.
