ROLE

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for drone technology and a commitment to sustainable agriculture? SUIND is seeking a dedicated, hard-working Drone Pilots to join our team across different locations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in revolutionizing agriculture through our innovative autonomous drones and AI-driven crop protection systems to reduce global crop losses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Commercial Operations:

- Conduct commercial operations involving crop spraying and analytics with our drones.

- Train service partners to operate our system effectively.

Operations Tracking:

- Maintain detailed records of drone operations, including issues encountered, and facilitate communication with the development team for resolution.

Technical Documentation:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for drone operations including SOPs, safe operations handbook etc.

Customer Interaction:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during demos, addressing queries and offering insights into our drone technology.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Demos:

- Independently organize and conduct demos at client locations to showcase our drone technology.

- Tailor demonstrations to meet specific client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.

Internal Testing:

- Oversee internal testing procedures to ensure technology integration is seamless.

- Collaborate with the development team to incorporate new features and improvements based on operational feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

Frequent travel, staying and operating from different locations for extended periods.
2 years experience in drone piloting, managing drone operations and a solid understanding of drone technology.
Prior experience with agricultural drones is not compulsory but will be preferred.
Independent decision making and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to ensure smooth execution of demos, internal testing, and commercial operations.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly with technology demonstrations.
Competency in operations tracking, issue identification, and coordination with development teams for resolution.
Excellent technical documentation abilities.
