Drone Services
1.1 Cancellations:
1.1.1 If you wish to cancel a scheduled drone service, you must provide written notice to us at least 5 days prior to the scheduled service time.
1.1.2 Cancellations made within the notice period may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined in the refund section (Section 2).
1.1.3 Cancellations made outside the notice period may result in the forfeiture of the service fee.
1.2 Rescheduling:
1.2.1 If you wish to reschedule a drone service, you must provide written notice to us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
1.2.2 We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your rescheduling request, subject to availability.
Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility:
2.1.1 Refunds for cancellations or rescheduling requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as notice period and the reason for cancellation.
2.1.2 Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee or administrative charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
2.2 Refund Process:
2.2.1 To request a refund, you must submit a written refund request to us, including the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation, within 15 days from the cancellation or rescheduling date.

3.2.2 We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your rescheduling request, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services or training programs. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and provide alternatives, including rescheduling or offering a full refund.
