About CASR RPTO, Anna University

In 2004, the Centre for Aerospace Research begun its remarkable journey in the field of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. Since then ASR has utilized majority of its resources in the Design and Development of UAVs as an innovative solution for addressing several societal issues and drawbacks. Presently, CAR accomplished yet another milestone by becoming India's 1st Remote pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) under UAS Rules 2021. The CASR Remote Pilot Training Organisation has been registered under the UAS rules 2021 of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.

After course successful completion on pass, DGCA Approved Remote Pilot License with Validity of Maximum 10 years, as per UAS Rules – 2021 will be provided.

What is the mandatory note

Passport is mandatory. Without a passport, your application will not be accepted.
Age criteria of the candidate should be between 18 years - 65 years.
Please ensure that candidate Email-ID and Mobile has linked with Aadhar, before arriving for training.
Candidates should have a medical fitness certificate in order to process RPC (Certificate Format Enclosed).
The admission of a candidate would be entertained subject to receiving the filled application form. In case the seats are already filled we will enroll you for the next batch subject to confirming your availability & schedule.

From 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM (All 7 working days including Sunday & govt holidays).

What is the list of Documents required during registration

4 passport-sized photos with white background & 1 stamp size photo.
Self-attested copies of 2 ID Proofs (Aadhar is mandatory + Driver's License/ PAN card)
Copy of Valid Passport.
Copy of 10th Certificate/ Marksheet and higher qualification certificate.
Copy of college ID card and Bonafide certificate (for students only)

Medical Fitness Certificate.
Original: Aadhar card, one more ID proof, and 10th/higher qualification certificate ( only for verification) should be produced before registration
