Job Description

Qualifications/ Skills

Shall have trained 50 candidates
Shall have successfully undergone DGCA approved Train the Trainer program on appropriate category and class of RPA.
DGCA approved Master Trainer will be an added advantage
Past Teaching experience will be an added advantage
Preferably from an aviation background
Should be proficient and autonomous on Common MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently & adapt to the team in a transnational environment
Ability to communicate effectively (oral, writing & presentations)
Salary: Best as per industry standards.

Main responsibilities

The Instructor shall ensure that the Remote Pilot Training is conducted as per the syllabus and in compliance with the Accepted/Approved TPM.
To ensure UAS operations are conducted in accordance with the extant Acts, Rules, Circulars and Guidelines.
Shall be responsible for the conduct of the examination and testing for competency of trainee in theoretical knowledge, lab training session, simulator session, practical flying.
Should respect & protect the Intellectual proprietary rights of the organization and Confidentiality.
