VTOL Drone Pilot

Location: Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu

Experience: Min 1 year

Onsite | Full-time

You will operate and manage our 25kg Hybrid VTOL fixed-wing drones for diverse

missions, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations. This role

also requires strong physical fitness to handle field operations and support

equipment.

• Conduct pre-flight checks, mission planning, and safe UAV operations
• Manage drone take-off, fixed-wing flights, navigation, and landing in
• diverse conditions
• Perform mission reporting and basic drone maintenance
• Handle all aspects of flight operations, including fieldwork and equipment setup
• Follow IMSAFE conditions (Illness, Medication, Stress, Alcohol, Fatigue, Emotion) to ensure safe piloting at all times
• Maintain the physical ability to lift up to 20 kg for operational support

•  DGCA-certified Remote Pilot License (preferred)
• Experience with VTOL/fixed-wing drones
• Strong knowledge of UAV safety & operational protocols
• Physically fit with ability to lift and handle 20 kg equipment
• Flexible to work early morning shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules
• Willingness to be based in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu
