Agri Drone Pilot

We are seeking a skilled Agri Drone Pilot to join our innovative agricultural technology team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating medium-sized drones for precision agriculture tasks, including crop monitoring, spraying, and data collection. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for leveraging drone technology to enhance farming efficiency and sustainability.

• Operate medium-sized agricultural drones for crop spraying, soil and Training purposes.
• Plan and execute drone flight missions, ensuring compliance with local aviation regulations 
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure drones are in optimal working condition.
• Calibrate and maintain drone equipment, including sensors, cameras, and spraying systems.
• Collaborate with farm managers to develop customized drone application plans.
• Maintain accurate records of flight logs, maintenance schedules, and application data.
• Stay updated on advancements in drone technology and agricultural practices.
• Ensure safe and environmentally responsible operation of drones, including proper handling of agricultural inputs like fertilizers and pesticides.

• Proven experience flying medium-sized drones for agricultural purposes.
• Valid drone pilot license or certification
• Knowledge of precision agriculture tools and techniques
• Familiarity with drone maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to farm schedules.
• Basic computer skills for data analysis and mission planning software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with farm staff.

• 1-2 years of experience in agricultural drone operations.
• Experience with drone-based spraying systems and variable rate application technology.
• Proficiency with drone flight planning software 

• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments, including fields and remote locations.
• Manual dexterity for operating drone controls and performing maintenance tasks.
