Drone Pilot- Mapping & Inspections

Execute LiDAR and RGB mapping missions with high precision

Conduct powerline inspections, capturing both visual and thermal data

Operate and maintain drones such as DJI M350, M3T, and similar platforms

Ensure mission planning, flight path optimization, and risk assessments are done for every project

Coordinate with project managers and data teams for smooth workflow

Comply with all DGCA regulations and maintain accurate flight logs

Troubleshoot technical issues on the field as needed

Support data capture quality control and assist in post-processing when required

2–4 years of relevant drone flying experience

Valid DGCA Drone Pilot License for Small and Micro categories

Proficiency in LiDAR, RGB, and thermal imaging missions

Hands-on experience with DJI M350, M3T, and other enterprise-grade drones

Familiarity with flight planning software (DJI Pilot, UGCS, etc.)

Willingness to travel extensively across India for project deployments

Strong communication skills and ability to work in dynamic environments

Knowledge of inspection protocols, especially for powerlines and solar panels is a plus

Experience in working on infrastructure, utilities, or terrain mapping projects

Basic understanding of GIS or post-processing tools

Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
