Agricultural Drone Pilot- 35 Positions

·       Must be a certified pilot by DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation).

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in local languages preferred (Gujarati, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam).

·       Minimum 6 months of experience in agricultural drone spraying services.

·       Familiarity with local languages (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam) for effective communication.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols and checklists.

·       Ability to ride a bike and transport drone equipment safely.

·       Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Basic knowledge of weather patterns and forecasts.

·       Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing work environments.  

·       Perform drone spraying of fertilizers on crops in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

·       Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of drones on a daily basis.

·       Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight safety checks to prevent accidents and minimize risks.

·       Keep drone batteries charged at all times to ensure uninterrupted operations.

·       Follow instructions from the Supervisor and/or Manager regarding flight plans and operational protocols.

·       Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while operating drones and spraying fertilizers.

·       Safely transport drones by bike within a range of 25 to 50 kilometers daily.

·       Gather necessary information and data as required for agricultural operations.

·       Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

·       Salary up to INR 30,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
