At TropoGo, we are building India’s largest drone insurance ecosystem. When a drone is damaged or lost, it’s not just paperwork, it’s someone’s business and livelihood at stake. Your role is to bring speed, structure, and empathy into that moment.

We are looking for a Drone Insurance Claims Executive who will:

Own the end-to-end claims journey
Coordinate with customers, Drone OEMs, surveyors, and insurance partners
Ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions
Track claims proactively and drive faster settlements
Continuously improve processes and eliminate bottlenecks

What You’ll Own

End-to-end claims documentation and submission
Coordination with OEMs, surveyors, and insurance partners
Transparent tracking and faster settlements
Customer communication during sensitive moments
Process improvement and bottleneck elimination
