Junior Recruiter – Drone Pilot Talent

We are building India’s first and largest drone insurance ecosystem. As drones scale rapidly, the demand for trained and verified drone pilots is accelerating.

We’re launching a Drone Pilot Recruitment & Talent Services vertical – and we're looking for a Junior Recruiter to create this ecosystem!

• Source, screen, and onboard certified drone pilots across India

• Build and maintain a structured pilot talent database

• Develop recruitment processes, SOPs, and screening frameworks

• Build relationships with Drone OEMs, DaaS & Agri Companies

• Partner with training institutes & certification bodies

• Coordinate with tech teams on digital recruitment platform

• Identify regional demand clusters & support deployment

• Verify certifications, flight hours & compliance

• 0–2 years in recruitment, operations, or business development

• Strong interest in drones and emerging tech

• Proactive & comfortable building from scratch

• Good communication skills: English & Hindi

• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

• Willing to travel occasionally
