Senior Drone Pilot for 30L Agriculture Drone (Nizamabad)

We are hiring a skilled Drone Pilot for Surya Drone Spraying Services based in Nizamabad (Dharmaram B). The pilot will operate a 30-Litre agricultural drone for spraying operations on crops like Cotton and Paddy.

Responsibilities:

Operate a 30L heavy-lift agricultural drone safely and efficiently.
Plan and execute autonomous flight missions for pesticide and fertilizer spraying.
Equipment Handling: Must be familiar with Jiyi K++ Flight Controller and G12 Remote settings.
Maintenance: Responsible for daily cleaning, battery management, and basic troubleshooting (propeller checks, nozzle cleaning).
Coordinate with the ground team/farmers to ensure precise application (avoiding over/under spraying).

Requirements:

License: Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) - Medium Category preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year of hands-on experience with agricultural drones (preferably 16L or 30L models).
Technical: Ability to diagnose basic calibration issues or GPS errors.
Language: Telugu (Mandatory) and basic Hindi/English.
Willingness to travel to field locations around Nizamabad.

Salary & Other Considerations

Average Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Base Salary).
Incentives: Add an incentive of ₹20 – ₹40 per acre to motivate them to cover more area safely.
Job Type: Full-time / Seasonal Contract.
Food & Accommodation: "Food and shared accommodation provided during the season."
(This is a huge plus for pilots coming from Hyderabad or other districts).
