Agri Drone Pilot

We are currently seeking experienced Drone Pilots to oversee the ground and flight operations of Agricultural Spray Drones, Training and repair & Maintenance as a part of our precision agriculture tasks that we intend to undertake.

1.      Field Drone Operation:

o   Operating agricultural drones for spraying purpose.

o   Operate drones in compliance with DGCA regulations and safety protocols.

o   Execute pre-flight checks, calibrate equipment, and ensure drone functionality before deployment.

2.      Spraying & Application Tasks:

o   Plan and execute precise spraying missions for pesticides, fertilizers, etc., using agricultural drones.

o   Optimize flight paths and spraying parameters to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency while minimizing chemical usage.

o   Comfortable operating a UAS in various weather and light conditions

3.      Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

o   Perform regular maintenance, firmware updates, and repairs to keep drones in optimal working condition.

o   Troubleshoot issues related to drone performance, sensors, or software.

o   Basic assembly as well as testing of drone

4.      Documentation & Reporting:

o   Prepare flight logs, reports, and summaries for completed missions, including data analysis and actionable recommendations.

o   Document safety procedures, incidents, and corrective actions taken.

5.      Customer Interaction & Field Support:

o   Work closely with farmers and dealers to understand their requirements and provide tailored drone services.

o   Educate clients on the benefits of drone technology in agriculture.

• Valid DGCA Remote Pilot License (preferable) or relevant drone operation certifications.
• Knowledge of GPS, GIS, and mapping tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical repair skills for UAV hardware.
• Attention to detail and high safety awareness.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with farmers and clients.
• Familiarity with the agriculture industry, precision farming techniques, etc.
• Experience in spraying operations using drones is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel to various field locations for operations.
• Knowledge of local language is preferred
