Drone Pilot - Full Time

• Design, assemble, and maintain multirotor / fixed-wing UAV systems

• Integrate payloads: RGB, thermal, LiDAR, RF sensors

• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization

• Analyze flight logs and prepare technical reports

• Plan and execute missions as per DGCA drone rules

• Conduct pre-flight checks, safe flight operations, and post-flight analysis

• Maintain flight logs, SOPs, and compliance documentation

• B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Aerospace, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics

• DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (mandatory)

• Knowledge of UAV propulsion, aerodynamics, and control systems

• Basic programming skills (Python / C++ / MATLAB) preferred

• Experience with heavy drones

• Familiarity with Mission Planner / QGroundControl

• Exposure to CAD & simulation tools

• 0–2 years: Freshers with strong UAV projects welcome

• 2–5 years: Experienced drone engineers/pilots preferred

• Work on advanced UAV & defense-aligned projects
