Drone Operator | Agriculture Drone Spraying at Tea Estates

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Drone Pilot to operate drones for surveying, agriculture spraying, aerial inspections, and mapping. The candidate will be responsible for safe flight operations, mission planning, data collection, and ensuring compliance with DGCA/aviation regulations.

• Operate drones safely and efficiently for project-specific purposes.
• Conduct pre-flight checks, battery management, and routine maintenance.
• Plan flight missions, including mapping routes, safety checks, and weather assessments.
• Capture aerial imagery, videos, or data as per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DGCA/Remote Pilot License regulations and airspace restrictions.
• Maintain accurate flight logs, equipment records, and reports.
• Coordinate with project managers/clients for successful execution of assignments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to drones, payloads, and software.

• Prior experience in drone operations  is mandatory.(agriculture, surveying, or mapping).
• Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) for operating drones (preferred but not necessary).
• Knowledge of drone software (mission planning, GIS, or spraying applications).
• Ability to work outdoors, travel to project sites, and operate in varied conditions.
• Technical skills in troubleshooting hardware/software will be an added advantage.

• Salary Range – 20,000 to 30,000 (Depending on experience)
• Job Location – Munaar (Kerala)
