Job Description

UAV PILOT

We are looking for a skilled and experienced UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Pilot to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting safe and efficient drone operations across multiple projects and ensuring compliance with aviation and regulatory guidelines. The UAV Pilot will collaborate with project teams to gather precise aerial data for applications in agriculture, infrastructure, environmental monitoring, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate UAVs for various missions, including aerial inspections, data acquisition, surveying, and mapping
Ensure pre-flight planning, risk assessments, and equipment checks are performed before each mission
Conduct post-flight analysis and data processing to provide actionable insights for clients
Maintain, troubleshoot, and manage UAV equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition
Work closely with clients and project teams to meet mission objectives and ensure client satisfaction
Strictly adhere to aviation safety regulations and company protocols
Report any incidents or malfunctions immediately and maintain accurate flight logs

Qualifications:

Certification as a licensed UAV/drone pilot by DGCA or relevant authority
Proven experience in UAV operations with strong knowledge of drone flight dynamics, troubleshooting, and data handling
Proficiency with UAV software for mapping, data processing, and analysis
Technical knowledge of UAV hardware and software, GPS, and other related equipment
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions and adapt to project requirements
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Skills:

Experience in GIS, remote sensing, or similar data analysis fields
Knowledge of photogrammetry and 3D modeling software such as Pix4D, DroneDeploy, or Agisoft
Familiarity with RTK GPS systems, LiDAR, and other advanced surveying tools
